Quick View option is not available due to not installed by setup.
Cause:
Quick View has not been installed on the system during Windows 95 setup.
Solution:
Install Quick View from the Windows 95 installation diskettes or CD-ROM.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon. (The 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Windows Setup' tab.
5) Select 'Accessories' from the 'Components' list box so that a check mark appears next to it.

6) Click 'Details...'. (The 'Accessories' dialog box appears.)
7) Select 'Quick View' from the 'Components' list box so that a check mark appears next to it.
Select Quick View
8) Click 'OK'. (The 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' dialog box reappears.)
9) Click 'OK'.
10) Insert the correct Windows 95 installation diskette or CD-ROM when prompted.
